Great local and honest business that I would highly recommend! I had to have the water pressure tank replaced underneath my house and the job was very well done and a very fair price and done quickly. Stephen, the technician, Was very polite, communicated to me what he was doing and why he was doing it very well and made me feel very informed and confident in the work being done. Top Notch Service from beginning to end! We had an emergency situation and when I called Rooter & Sons Plumbing they were here within an hour and we had a new unit put in same day! Stephen was absolutely amazing and very patient with us as we asked questions and he took the time to explain everything to us. We hope that we will not have any plumbing issues in the near future but when we do we will definitely be calling Rooter & Sons! Rooter & Sons came to our rescue this week! We had the water feed to our house spring a leak. Another plumbing company came out and quoted us an insane price and tried to pressure us into a commitment. I called Rooter & Sons for a second opinion and after looking at it they quoted us a dramatically lower price for the same work. Not only that, they did it right away, same day. Within 4 hours the whole project was done. Incredible! Rooter & Sons are definitely our go-to plumbers from now on.

Our technician was JOHN! We had a text sent to us stating he was on his way. He was very punctual, professional and ready to work when he arrived. He listen to what we wanted done and about a concern we had. He was extremely KNOWLEDGEABLE and performed the work in a very timely and accurate manner. He addressed our concern and had it fixed in seconds, literally. This is a concern we have told three other plumbing companies about and none of them have known how to fix the problem! Thanks to John with Rooter and Sons it is fixed and works great! We will definitely be doing business with John again, it was a pleasure! Thank you, John! You are an asset to Rooter and Sons!!

We called Rooter & Sons last Monday evening after coming home to a leak in our kitchen ceiling from the 2nd floor. Evan showed up during the given time window the next day, and didn't stop investigating until he found the problem! He had it fixed in no time. He cleaned up the mess very well. I paid him the quoted amount. And we had great conversation while he worked! This is our 2nd time using Rooter & Sons in a matter of a couple of months. Will definitely call them again! Based on many positive online reviews, we have called R&S Plumbing for an estimate for a substantial job we thought we needed. At their visit they concluded that we did not have the problem after all. The technician, Evan, was very cordial, friendly and knowledgable. He inspired confidence for his company. I had Rooter & Sons Plumbing out to look at my hot water tank. This is my second house where I have used their services. It’s a family owned business with knowledgeable, trained and qualified employees. Just because you call a company does not mean the employee who comes to your house knows what they are doing. I am so happy I found them a few years ago!!
